How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Draftsenior Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Draftsenior Roofing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Draftsenior Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@draftsenior.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
